He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert G. Blommer and Clara Blommer (Strack); his wife Jane Gohman; and his siblings, David, Clara Ann Janssen and Joann West.
He is survived by: his children, Steven (Mindy) of Eden Valley, Michele Kirchner (Tony) of St. Joseph and Jill Walker (Tom) of Buffalo; his grandchildren, Josh, Bryce, Justin, Brett, Jake, Heather, Carter and Marlee; his siblings, Herb (Kathy) of Waite Park, Ken (Kathy) of Sauk Rapids, Charles Blommer (Lenae) of Minneapolis, Mark of Waite Park, Mary Johnson (Bob) of Alaska and Lucille Heinen (Richard) of Marty; and his brother-in-law Don West. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
