It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark D. Kuklok (Waite Park, Minnesota), who passed away on March 14, 2018, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kuklok and Georgene Kuklok (Jansen); his sister Kathy Philipsek; and his nephews, Brian James Leyk and John Harvey Kuklok.

He is survived by: his siblings, Robert of Waite Park, Andrew (Sharon) of Rice, Harvey (Diane) of Andover, Steven (Christine) of Ramsey, James, Mary Leyk (Michael) of St. Augusta, Nancy Walz (Steve) of St. Joseph and Joan LaBelle (Christopher) of Ramsey. He is also survived by nine nephews; eight nieces; and many grand nieces.
