He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund "Lefty" Young and Ethel "Tunie" Young (Whitinger). He is survived by: his friend Daniel Meinz; his sons, Franz and Alexi (Jenny); his granddaughter Mina; and his siblings, Tuck Young of Pueblo, CO and Lorna Bogarosh of Spokane, WA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Jude's or the American Lung Association.
