He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Haasser and Marie Haasser (Siegle); his wife Helen; his brother Joseph Haasser; and his brothers-in-law, Norbert Hasselbring and Roman Primus.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Haasser (Lori Jo), Linda Haasser, Patrick Haasser (Christine) and Timothy Haasser (Patricia); his granddaughter Alexandra Haasser; and his siblings, Joan Haasser, Claire Primus, Ralph Haasser (Janice), Anthony Haasser (Sandra), Lester Haasser (Gloria) and Elaine Hasselbring.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Mayo Clinic.
