With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Earl J. Bastin of Waite Park, Minnesota, born in Elk River, Minnesota, who passed away on January 18, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Delbert and Ethel Bastin (Robinson); his son Dean Bastin; his brothers, Lloyd and Floyd Bastin; and his stepbrother Ralph Mager.
He is survived by: his wife Madeline Schaefer of Waite Park; his daughter Gayle Yamry (Michael) of Blaine; his daughter-in-law Carrie Bastin of St. Augusta; his brother Francis of Sartell; and his grandchildren, Keith Yamry (Nicole), Jessica Verrill (John), Melissa Jordet (Mikal), Stephanie Rau (Jon), Stephen Bastin (Hanna) and Maria Bastin. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
