He is survived by: his former spouse Michele Lemcke; his children, Courtney Mithaugen (Chris Varner) of Minnetonka, Zackery Mithaugen (Sara) of Chaska, Creighton Mithaugen (Kara Hillier) of Faribault and Channing Mithaugen (Mackenzie) of Brooklyn Park; his grandchildren, Bryson, Rayne, Abigail and Otis; his siblings, Heidi Strater (Henry) of Blaine, Judy DeRoo (Donavon) of Anoka and Chad Mithaugen (Michelle) of New London; and his stepfather Ernest "Ernie" Knight. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
