He was predeceased by: his father Jeffrey Sundquist; and his grandparents, Raymond, Pearl Hempel, Harlen and Hazel Sundquist.
He is survived by: his mother Lynette Sundquist (Hempel) of Sauk Rapids; his son Jeffrey of Anoka; his partner Jamie Stob of Princeton; his sisters, Bridget Applegate (Corey) of St. Cloud and Erica Dusha (Dustin) of Sartell; and his nieces and nephews, Amanda Sauvageau (Gabe), Megan Dusha (Brennan Kelly), Austin Applegate, Alex Dusha and Hannah Applegate.
