He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Sam, Sr. and Patricia Sutton; and his brothers, Curtis, Clarence Jr. Robin and Kelly.
He is survived by: his pet Sarge; his siblings, Rhonda Sam (Fran Free), Jana Sam and Dustin Sam; his nephews, Derek Greenfeather Jr. and Jayson Sam Jr.; his nieces, Allison Jones, Kathy Jones, Tricia Jones, Nikki Sam, Tianna Sam and Kinney "Beebs" Sam; and also Kelly Sam.
