Rodney Broding Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2021, at the age of 81, Rodney Broding of Wadena, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends can send flowers and condolences in memory of the loved one. He was predeceased by: his father Charles "Swede" Broding; and his siblings-in-law, Harvey Johannsen, James Keehr and Betty Muehlbauer. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Rod; his wife Marilyn Keehr; his children, Dana Broding (Jill) of Rush Point, Loni Niles (Don) of Wadena and Blake Broding (Patrice) of Princeton; his grandchildren, Jennifer Broding, Joseph Broding (Elise), Eliah Anderson (Katie), Daniel Anderson, Riley Broding (Caitlyn) and Lacee Broding; his sister Audrey Johannsen of Sioux Falls; his sister-in-law Renee Ginn of Northern Ireland; and his nieces, Vicki Versaevel (Leon), Kim Olson (Rod) and Robyn Behrens. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, from 5:00 until 7:00 at the Johnson-Schuller Chapel, and will resume on Tuesday from 9:30 a. m. until the time of the service. *Because of the high percentage of Covid-19 in Wadena County, Marilyn recommends wearing a mask.
