In loving memory of Richard Kovar of Wadena, Minnesota, who departed this world on November 22, 2024 at the age of 89. Richard leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kovar and Elsie Kovar (Erhke); his daughter Patricia "Patty" Greenwood; and his great grandchild Lilliana Filipi. He is survived by: his wife Fayette Zaske; his children, Kathryn Biel (David), Nancy Rach (Harry), Daniel Kovar (Jane) and Mary Lou Camenzind (Randy); his son-in-law Steven Greenwood; and his siblings, Joseph Kovar, Betty Crabb and Joyce Wegscheid. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church ~ Wadena (710 Franklin Ave SW, Wadena, MN 56482). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
