He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick and Louise; his siblings, Marie Willan, Cyrilla Erickson, Bertillia Imdieke, Bernard, Leo, Norbert, Lawrence and Clement; his sons, Charles, David and Kevin; his children-in-law, Carol and Paul Robinson; and his granddaughter Mary Ann Neuerburg.

He is survived by: his wife Trudy of Wadena; his children, Joy Robinson, Becker, Diane Anderson (Jerry), Tucson, Sheila Smiley (Tom) of Auburn, NE, Connie Shockman (Mike), Baxter, Ruth Chrisjohn (Phil), Jean Williams (Tim Karas), East Bethel, Marvin (Kim), Spring Lake, Nicholas (Nonie), Richard and Phillip (Julie); and his sister-in-law Vivian Neuerburg.
