He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Sunstrom and Frances Sunstrom (Uselman); and his brothers, Jim and Loren. He is survived by: his wife Kathie; his children, Laurie Sunstrom of Wadena, MN and John Sunstrom (Nancy) of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Justin Berg (Brandi), Amanda Berg, Samantha Calderon (Julian) and Paige Sunstrom; and his siblings, Shirley Farrell, Jerry Sunstrom and Gene Sunstrom (Patti). He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Karvonen Funeral Home ~ Wadena (419 2nd St NE, Wadena, MN 56482). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
