He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Snook and Christine Snook (Anderson); and his siblings, Carl Snook and Elsie Husfeldt. He is survived by: his siblings, Ken Snook of Parkers Prairie, Leland Snook of Deer Creek, JoAnn Turchin of Henning and Deloris Turchin of Parkers Prairie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
