He was predeceased by: his parents, John Price and Agnes Price (Stoderl); and his wife Rita Regina Wegscheid. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Bernice Wegscheid, Bernice Wirth, Sharon VanWatermulen, Donald Wegscheid and Roger Wirth; his children, Karen Goeller (Keith) of Bluffton, Duane Price (Sue) of Motley, Linda Lien (Mark) of Otsego, Rick Price (Tracy) of Wadena, Steve Price (Sherry) of Moorhead and Randy Price (Angie) of Detroit Lakes; and his siblings, Ken Price (Joyce), Donna Haman (Robert) and Robert Price (Diane).
