He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Raymond Burrows and Lenna Ruth Burrows (Schoupe); his wife Louise Emma Matter; his siblings, Don Burrows (Mary) of Staples, Francis Peterson (Edward) of Wadena, Betty Beldo (Pete) of Battle Lake and Rosella Mcall (Dick) of Stockton, California; and his nephews, Jim Beldo of Minneapolis, Kipp Peterson of Perham and Craig Peterson of Perham.
He is survived by: his children, David Jr. Burrows (Rosvita) of Jackson, California, Gene Burrows of New York Mills, Randy Burrows (Terri) of Ottertail and Nicole Burrows of North Highlands, California; and his sister Alyce Sartino of Garfield, Arkansas. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
