She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Engebretson and Ethel Engebretson (Hollatz); her husband Stanley L. Vik; and her brother Larry Engebretson. She is survived by: her daughter Kara Vik of Wadena; her grandsons, Brent and Dylan Biel; and her sister Shirley Schouweiler.
