Cecelia Heltemes Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2021, Cecelia Heltemes of Wadena, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Budig and Lucy Budig (Martin); her daughter Laurie Langen; her son-in-law Tom Weiss; her siblings, Bernard Budig (Kay), Donna Kern (Ray), Jenny Uselman (Tom) and Iris; and her brother-in-law Phil Tabery.
She is survived by: her husband Sylvester "Vess" Heltemes; her children, John Heltemes (Brenda), Lenore Aarness, Janice Heltemes, Bill Heltemes (Marilou), Judy Heltemes, Jane Merickel (Jim), Cindy Weiss and Curt Heltemes (Kim); her siblings, Rita Budig and Dave Budig (Doris); her sister-in-law Vicky Budig; and her son-in-law Bill Langen. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren; her sisters.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to: Sisters of the Order St. Benedicts (retirement fund), St. Cloud Diocese TV Mass, St. Ann's Catholic Church Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Wadena, MN.
