He is survived by: his wife Karen Shoutz; his son Eric Shoutz (Karla); his stepchildren, Pamela Banks, Sandra Hedtke (Steve Brandt) and Todd Hedtke (Sue); and his siblings, Donald Shoutz, Douglas Shoutz, Lowell Shoutz (Sandy), Kenneth Shoutz (Carol), Linda Lou Schmitt (Jim) and Many. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.
