He is survived by: his wife Jessica Blemberg-Pekarek; his sons, Niko and Boden Pekarek; his parents, Eugene Pekarek and Maxine Pekarek; his brothers, Jason Pekarek, Jesse Pekarek (Bryan), Steve Pekarek, Jeremy Pekarek (Stacy), Ryan Pekarek (Kamma) and Cory Pekarek; his parents-in-law, John Blemberg (Janine) and Rose Biaggio; his sister-in-law Ali Duerr (Adam); his nieces and nephews, Dustin, Devon, Jade, Bella, Jasper and Warner; and his aunt Nancy Pekarek. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
