He is survived by: his brother Wayne Schmidt (Ruth) of Waconia; his nieces and nephews, Kim Goede (Troy), Kris Dunham, Michelle Sutton (Steve), Tracy Schmidt and Craig Schmidt; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Amber (Chris), Dustin, Matthew, Danielle (Greg), Laten, Carter, Austin, Bethany (Ross) and Hannah; and also, Ayden, Mason, Brodie and Bryce. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
