He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin Samuel Holtmeier and Fern Dorothy Holtmeier (Anderson); and his sister Lorraine Asplund. He is survived by: his wife Harriet Bruder; his children, Rickard (Mary Lundgren), David (Jill Morrison), Pamela (Richard Thierolf), James (Cathy Fitzsimmons) and Lisa; his siblings, Carol Trick and Wayne Holtmeier; and his siblings-in-law, David Asplund and Barbara Bruder. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lake Auburn Moravian Church, 7460 Victoria Dr, Victoria, MN 55386.
