He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Rand Harding (Mari) of Watertown, Leah Harding Weinzierl of Gibbon and Kristi Nelson (Mike) of St. Bonifacius; his grandchildren, Hallie Harding (Preston), David Harding, Sarah Harding (Mitch), Wesley Weinzierl, Jay Nelson (Kayla) and Elle Nelson; his great grandchild Flora Weinzierl; and his sister Mary Harding Ness of Jefferson.
