It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis J. Wagener of Waconia, Minnesota, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on November 3, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Hartstrom and Fred Hartstrom; her husband Sylvester Wagener (Windy); and her brother Larry Hartstrom. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Zack and Izzy; her sons, Terry Wagener (Lori) of Edina and Tim Wagener (Jan) of Minneapolis; her grandchildren, Kyle, Hannah, Zachary, Isabelle Wagener, Jack and Aaron Wagener; and her sisters-in-law, Dorene Hartstrom and Joanna Widmer of Spring Park. She is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Phyllis spent the last few years battling Alzheimer disease at the New Perspectives Nursing Home in Waconia.
