She was predeceased by: her son Jason; and her parents, Kenneth Johnson and Florence Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Jerome; her daughter LuAnn Welk (Jim) of Mayer; her grandchildren, Jared Welk (Steffanie), Laura Thom (Matt), Joseph Welk (Tabitha Wroblewski), Patrick Mott and Kris Mott; her great grandchildren, Lucas and Conrad; her siblings, Connie Sukup (Dan), Lucy Ashby, Sandi Preuss (Tim) and Randy Johnson (Lynne); and her siblings-in-law, Glenda Colby, Renita Erb (Arvid) and Dennis Mott. She is also survived by nieces nephews, other relatives and friends.
