She is survived by: her husband Frank Mazzuca Sr.; her children, Frank Jr. Mazzuca (Kelly) of St. Michael, Phillip Mazzuca (Janice) of Franklin, TN, James Mazzuca (Ann Marie) of Waconia and Tonette Mazzuca of San Francisco, CA; her grandchildren, James Jr., Lauren, Nicholas, Joseph, Angela and Samantha; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Antonia, Calvin, Paige and Hayley; her siblings, Estelle Lopaczynski (Sylvester) of Lansing, IL, Dennis Sura (Katherine) of Frankfort, IL and Beverly Tollefson (Gerald) of Shreveport, LA; and her sister-in-law Noreen Mazzuca of Moline, IL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
