She is survived by: her children, Jeff Benson (Ruth Bohm) of Alpharetta, Cindy Parkhurst (Jim) of Medina and Brad Benson (Nancy VanKeulen) of Waconia; her grandchildren, Nick Parkhurst, Erin Yates (Chris), Evan Parkhurst (Sydney), Brandon Benson, Natalie Benson and Blake Parkhurst; her brother Bill Plath (Joy); and her siblings-in-law, Elvin Benson (Faye), Lyle Benson, Harvey Benson (Brenda), Stan Benson (Virginia), Vonnie Walsh, Audrey Wells and Tom Sr. Benson (Donna). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorials preferred to the Trinity Lutheran Church in Waconia.
