He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Murphy (Leland); his wife Karen; his stepson Bryon Margolis; his siblings, Michael Murphy, Tim Murphy (Barb), Paul Murphy and Debbie Elsen (Jim); and his brother-in-law Bill Olson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
