With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ilene I. Bussler of Waconia, Minnesota, born in New Ulm, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 17, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Stevenson Russell and Ida Russell (Bauermeister); her husband Delfert Bussler; her son Darren Bussler; her sister Lorna Runck; and her granddaughter Mariah Loftness.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara Bumgardner (Larry) of Park Rapids, MN, Brian Bussler (LuAnn) of Chandler, AZ, Denise Kalenberg (Joe) of Waconia, MN and Andrea Bussler of Highland, MD.; her grandchildren, Amber Lamp (Josh), Darren Bumgardner (Krista), Marc Bumgardner (Heather), Tony Loftness, Sidney Bussler, Trey Bussler, Abby Nessa (Joe), Jack Kalenberg, Max Kalenberg, Taylor Thompson, Travis Thompson and Callie Thompson; her great grandchildren, Bryce, Ashlynn, Payton, Avery Lamp, Olivia Bumgardner, Brielle, Brynna, Harkin Bumgardner, Brody, Harper, Rhett Loftness, Nora Nessa and Zion Wainwright; and her sister Beth Russell of Waconia, MN. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends.
