He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Swiers and Margaret Swiers (Hattie); his siblings, Margaret Medd (Tootie) and Richard Swiers; his daughter Cheryl Swiers; and his former wife Arlene Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Larry (Robbin), Pam (John), Tiger (Renee), Gary (Patti), Rick (Janet), Scott (Marylou), Ronny, Heidi (Tom), Julie (Todd) and Debbie (Orin); his grandchildren, Josh, Jay, Blake, Stephanie, John Jr., Rebecca, Andrew, Nikki, Dusty, Jesse, Melissa, Alex, Breana, Makenna, Brittany, Amanda, Zach, Makayla, Brandon, Kirsten, Nico, Kristin, Katie, Becky, Dylan, Rachel and Megan; and his friend Trisha Reams. He is also survived by spouses; great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews; his second wife.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
