He was predeceased by: his wife Lisa Opatrny; his parents, George Opatrny and Mary Opatrny; his brother George Opatrny; his parents-in-law, Don and Ada Hagerman; and his sister-in-law Sue Johnson.
He is survived by: his family Rebecca Hoffman (Josh); his grandchildren, Isaiah, Micah and Brianna Hoffman; his brother Larry Opatrny (Chris); and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Opatrny, Scott, Debbi Hagerman, Dan, Schelley Hagerman, Kent, Ann Hagerman and Jeff Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
