He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Docken and Francis Docken (Marholz); his son-in-law Dennis Jewett; his parents-in-law, Ruth and Art Bredeson; his brothers, Dennis Docken and Gordy Docken; and his siblings-in-law, Bruce, Lonnie Bredeson, Jim Bredeson and David Prekker.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Bredeson; his children, Pam Jewett (Gary Wolf) of Waconia, Scott Docken of Waconia, Kevin Docken of Victoria, Cathy Giesen (Chuck) of Waconia and Ann Balfany (John) of Waconia; his grandchildren, Crystal Jewett (Mike), Tanya U'Ren, Katie Jewett, Morgan Giesen, Jeffrey Balfany (Molly), Cara Balfany and Gavin Balfany; his siblings, Mary Jo Prekker of Clara City, Lyle Docken (Linda) of Maynard and Mark Docken (Jane) of Willmar; and his siblings-in-law, Millie Docken of Eagan, Dianne Bredeson of Hugo and Maurie Seger of Eagan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
