He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Neubauer and Anna Louise Neubauer (Cowden); and his grandparents, John, Mabel Neubauer, Jason Byard and Amanda Olivia Cowden.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Neubauer of Waconia; his children, Kim Russell (Peter) of Eden Prairie, Dave Neubauer (Jenny) of Chaska and Dash Neubauer of Minneapolis; his grandchildren, Ryan Russell (Saleha Raajpoot), Taylor Russell, David Neubauer, Steven Neubauer and Lizzy Neubauer; his siblings, Bonnie Kiebke of Alma, AR and Jack Neubauer (Barbara) of Bismarck, ND; and his aunt Betty McGinnis of Wilton, ND. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
