We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2019, at the age of 86, Ruth Ann Franta (Wabasso, Minnesota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Rohlik and Mary Rohlik (Donohue); her husband John Franta; and her siblings, Roy Rohlik (Doris), Rose Marie Wachlarowicz, Ida Mae Regnier (Don), Gerry Rohlik and David Rohlik.
She is survived by: her children, Catherine Schwarz (Don) of Wabasso, Jeanne Burtzel (Randall) of Cold Spring, Karen van (Jon), Michael Franta (Bonnie) of Maple Grove, Janet Bryson (Richard) of Las Vegas, NV, Thomas Franta (Mary) of Wabasso and Jane Odenthal (Richard) of Albany; her siblings, Helen Rohlik and Steve Rohlik (Morene) of Owatanna; and her siblings-in-law, John Wachlarowicz, Ila Mae Rohlik and Lisa Rohlik. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Father Thomas Diehl Endowment Fund or Alzheimer's Association.
