He is survived by: his wife Missy; his stepson David Klucas; his children, Jennifer Crowell (Dave) and Peter Micheal Klucas (Lien Pham); his stepson Trevor Brown; his nephew Andrew Klucas (Kaiti); his grandchildren, Sienna, Warrick, Ethan, Jackson, Elliott, Samantha, Emmett and Ezra; his sister Donna; and his former wife Kathryn Klucas. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
