He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jane (Mikels) and Hazell Mustain; and his siblings, Kathleen "Kat" Gusa, George Mustain and Mikel Mustain.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Elizabeth Jacobs; his sons, Kenneth Mustain (Denise Bork) and David Mustain; and his grandchildren, Kylee, Kenneth Jr., Christian, Dylan, Tyler, Rylie, Taylor and Dawson.
Per Lynn's request his remains were donated to the Mayo Clinic Bequest program.
