She is survived by: her son Dale Schmit (Carol) of Wabasha; her grandchildren, Nic Schmit (Selena) and Natalie Schmit (Tyler Church); her great grandchild Frances Schmit; and her sister Donna Elfering. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
