He is survived by: his nephew Scott Kaupa (Vicki) of Plainview; and his nieces, Debra Bruemmer (Wesley) of Elgin, Amy Petersen (Thomas) of Plainview and Katie Nolting (Nathan) of Bemidji. He is also survived by niece and nephews, and 6 great-great nieces and nephews.
