He is survived by: his wife Judy Hobson; his brothers-in-law, Robert Hobson (Jean) and George Hobson (Susan); his niece Julie Hindermann (John); his nephews, Bob Hobson (Carolyn) and Mike Hobson; and his cousins, Ron Young and Cindy Leaney (Tony). He is also survived by great nieces and great great nieces.
