He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline; and his sister-in-law Doris Veer. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Ferguson (Dale) of Gulfport, Jon Veer (Kay Hocker) of Rochester and Paul Veer (Jerrilyn) of Wabasha; his grandchildren, Joshua Ferguson (Leah) of Charleston, S. C., Travis Ferguson (Julianna Joo) of Los Angeles, CA and John Ostgard of Norwalk, CT; and his sister Gertrude Zabel (Glenn) of Elgin.
