Wayne Gordon Christiansen Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Gordon Christiansen of Virginia, Minnesota, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on June 23, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Landis Christiansen and Jerdice Christiansen (Casperson). He is survived by : his wife Bernie; his daughters, Jennifer and Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Soren and Laila; his siblings, David, Norman (Marlys), Philip (Alice), Marlys (John) and Daniel (Cindy); his godson Zachary Barnes; and his sister Kate Barnes. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 6th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gethsemane Evangelical Lutheran Church (901 4th St S, Virginia, MN 55792). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
