He is survived by: his wife Jamie; his grandson Jimmy; his son Kyle (Amanda); his grandson Henry; his son Christopher (Kara); his grandson Jayden; his siblings, Frank (Barbara), Larry, Bill (Rita), Kathy Nevala (Marv), Linda Bergerson (Glenn), Paula Squillace, Bonnie Bremer (Randy), Gina Borgen (Dave) and Paj Falkowski; his nieces and nephews, Krissy (Andy), Ben (Alison), Kelsey (Ryan), DJ (Amber), Tanner (Allison), Steve (Debbie), JoAnn, David, Brad, Gina, Mike (Jennifer), Bob and Stephanie; and his pets, Holly, Willow and Ruby.
