She was predeceased by: her parents, Matt Mattson and Elma Mattson; her brothers, Clarence and Clyde Mattson; and her daughter Doreen Jorgensen.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Starkovich (John) of Douglasville, Georgia, Dennis Jorgensen (Kaye) of Virginia, Dale Jorgensen of Virginia and Dean Jorgensen of Wayzata, MN; her grandchildren, Tyler Jorgensen of Virginia, Kamara Potts (Tony) of Britt, John M. Starkovich III (Alina) of Virginia and Lindsey Heisel (Andy) of Virginia; and her pet Kaiser of Wayzata, MN.. She is also survived by her loving family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Arts Fund held by The Virginia Community Foundation.
