David Felix Shepersky Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Felix Shepersky (Virginia, Minnesota), who passed away on November 30, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix "Peanuts" Shepersky and Dorothy Shepersky (Sergent) of Menahga, MN.; his wife Clarice Kruse (Michals); his son Jeff Kruse; his sister Norma Hanson; and his brothers-in-law, Ronald Hanson, Len Pearson and Randy Graves.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Kruse (Sue) of Eveleth, Michael Kruse (Judy) of Rogers, Keith Kruse (Joan) of Virginia, Daniel Kruse (Kevin) of Iron, Cynthia Mueller (Matthew) of Wisconsin, Corinne Slininger (Kevin Fisher) of Ohio and Russell Shepersky of Texas; his daughter-in-law Raven Kruse of Mankato; his grandchildren, Sarah Kruse, Kathryn Haupt (Dean), Lisa Kruse (Jamie), Meghan Kruse, Mikala Kruse Arnold (David), Benjamin Kruse, Kristin Dragomir-Daescu (Adrian), Ashley Slininger, Zachary Slininger, Travis Swanson, Kenzie Swanson, Devan Swanson and Wyatt Swanson; his great grandchildren, Taylor Larson (Nick), Brady Kruse, Johanna Kruse-Giefer, Marena, Theodore Rogers, Alina, Astrid Dragomir-Daescu and Allen Kruse; his great great grandchildren, Aurora and Alexander Larson; his siblings, Joyce Pearson (Harry), Ellen Graves, Ruth Alden (Bill), Janet Decker (Bob), Frank Shepersky and Daroll Shepersky; his niece Sharon Weber; and his close friend Bengkt Welander. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (306 2nd St S, Virginia, MN 55792). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are preferred and may be directed to the Salvation Army.
