He is survived by: his wife Donna Elwood; his children, Michael Vliem (Michaella) of Fargo and Jodi Nyhof (Beau) of Frazee; his grandchildren, Kaiden, Kaleb Vliem and Rylee Olson; his siblings, Myra Foner (Richard) of Villard, Nancy Grussing (Herman) of Sedan, Janice Hanson of Fargo, Ronald Vliem (Karen) of Belgrade, Robert Vliem (Paulette) of Isle, Norris Vliem of Alexandria and Arlan Vliem of Maple Grove; and his sister-in-law Barbara Vliem of Scottsdale. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
