He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Nienaber and Lucille Nienaber (Fitzgerald); his sister Charlene Nelson (Frank); and his parents-in-law, Clarence and Anna Hoffman.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Hoffman; his children, Daniel (Christine) of Princeton and Dana Barnett (Joe) of Delano; his grandchildren, Braden, Jackson Nienaber, Hunter and Colton Barnett; his siblings, John Nienaber (Carol) of Garfield, Marsheille Pfeninger (Darryl) of Yelm, Bonnie Nienaber (Jack Gronau) of Park Rapids and Donald Nienaber (Jane) of Sartell; and his pet Max. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
