He is survived by: his wife Mary Ruth Reilly; his children, Kim Ische (Steven) of Victoria, Jason Neubarth (Stacy) of Hamburg and Eric Neubarth (Kim); his grandchildren, Ryan Ische, Chad Ische, Megan Ische, Bill Neubarth, Charlie Neubarth, Lizy Neubarth, Hunter Neubarth and Haley Neubarth; his siblings, David Neubarth (Lorraine) of Arlington, Tom Neubarth (Karen) of Arlington and Carol Mesenbring (Morris) of Arlington; and his sister-in-law Cindy Scharpe (Steve) of Green Isle. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
