We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2021, at the age of 79, Melvin N. Hazelwood of Victoria, Minnesota, born in Waconia, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Hazelwood and Louise Hazelwood (Heldt); his wife Sharon Ess; and his brother LeRoy Hazelwood. He is survived by: his daughter Cindy; his son-in-law David Lutz of Eagan; his son Mike; his daughter-in-law Monica Hazelwood of Chanhassen; his grandchildren, Jeremy Lutz, Aaron Lutz and Avery Hazelwood; his sister Mary Ann; and his brother-in-law Keith Primeau of Wisconsin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
