He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Baune and Frances Baune; his children, Karen and Richard; his grandsons, Jason and Mark; and his siblings, Arlene, Dorie and Jim.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor "Ellie" Baert; his children, Charles Baune (Rose Ann) of Clear Lake, Margaret "Marge" Warnke of Hutchinson and Patricia "Pat" Piker (Dan) of Hutchinson; his grandchildren, Charleen, Amy, Tammy (Jim), Jesse, Jolene (Jake Rice), Anthony (Kari), Brett (Kelly) and Jacob (Halie); and his great grandchildren, Brandon (Megan), Ashley, Jasard, Logan, Peyton, Kieran, Avery, Elaina, Jaxson, Morgan, Nathan, Jemma and Wyatt. He is also survived by two brothers, two sisters, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
