George L. Novak Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George L. Novak of Veseli, Minnesota, who passed away on May 8, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Jirik; his siblings, Marcella Hadac, Anne Fisher, Rose Franek, Mary Jane Vosejpka and Lawrence Novak; his son-in-law Bill Kartak; and his siblings-in-law, Ed Hadac, Joe Franek, Fritz Vosejpka, Wilbert Shimota and Betty Novak.
He is survived by: his siblings, Fritz Novak (Joyce) of New Prague, Caroline Shimota of Webster and Jerry Novak of Montgomery; and his sisters-in-law, Laura Jirik of Lonsdale and Mary Raney of Northfield. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID restrictions, a private funeral Mass for immediate family will be held this Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Veseli with Father John Lapensky officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, or donor's choice.
