She was predeceased by: her parents, Art Urban and Lillie Urban (Riewe); her husband Veril Conrad; and her brother Wilton (Mildred). She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Janie Lee (Dean), Bonnie Burrow, Carol Sonnabend (Bob), Marilyn Northhammer, Linda Hiller (Lee), Jan Fitzsimmons (John), Bob Conrad (Ruth) and Dennis Conrad (Mary).
